For the younger players, I focus on creating an environment where freedom and creativity on the ball are always encouraged, helping them enjoy the game without fear of making mistakes.

For the older players, I emphasize the courage to play and the development of each athlete’s personality, while respecting the individual characteristics of my players and my squad.

As a player, I always worried so much about the whole, more than myself. I believe my player trajectory was a preparation to turn me into a Coach.

Fun facts about me:
Once, I was going to the stadium to watch the professional team of the club where I played in the academy. On the way there, while on the bus, I received a call from the director. Ironically, the first and second goalkeepers had both gotten injured, and the third goalkeeper had to start, leaving no backup. Luckily for me, the U20 and U17 teams were playing out of town. So at just 15 years old, I was the one who had to take that opportunity. It can happen to anyone, that’s football!

There are so many. My favorite moments are extremely related to the success of my players.
