Player Pathway

We provide support to our current and former players through different opportunities and experiences.

For the past 10 years we have been providing players with experiences to continue their career as a footballer in all different levels.

We have had players continue their soccer path in college, professional, coaching and supporters.

Elite Team Experiences

Before joining the current league (SoCal- NPL), Culture FC has been working to develop elite players and provide them with soccer opportunities.. This allowed us to build a true soccer club with passionate and proud supporters, players, and coaches.

We have competed in Elite Tournaments in Greece and Spain to help our top players experience the game at the top level.

• Elite Neon Cup (Greece) Culture FC U17 team competed against top level academies (Red Bull Bragantino, Aris FC, Panathinaikos, Devyatka FC, FK Partizani, Aston Villa and more)

Futsal Development

All Culture FC Coaches are former professional or college coaches who have experienced the complete process of player development from youth to Pro/College. Most of our coaches started their youth development with Futsal allowing them to utilize their knowledge and expertise of Futsal to teach our Culture FC players.

We offer a year-round Futsal Program to all players in our community as supplement to team training to develop their technical ability, tactical awareness, creativity, positional knowledge, and social connection with other players and the club.

Our Game Model

All of our teams follow the same game model and standard. Our coaches communicate daily regarding each team development process to share and improve our knowledge as coaches and mentors.
