Please make sure to add all the necessary people to the account as contacts. Do not use the same account for multiple people – instead, add a contact for each person.

If you are using an Apple or Android based mobile device, PlayMetrics offers an app that allows you access to the PlayMetrics system, including mobile push notifications.
