MISSION AND GOAL

Our goal is to create an environment where players learn the proper development process for footballers.
Below are some of our requirements to maintain a positive and productive experience to all selected players.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROGRAM (CSP)

Our program can only be maintained if we develop a community support. Most successful football schools and youth programs in the world utilize this method of support because it truly connects the game with the community. Culture FC+ will be a fully sponsored program for the players. In order to maintain the program, we want to introduce a Community Support Program or CSP, where people, businesses, organizations, and anyone who believes in our development  philosophy can help and support the program. We will always be looking for different ways to connect with the community. Below are our support options:

  • Sponsorship (SPON) – this method of support is a simple way to help us keep the program running. We have many itemized expenses that need to be covered and any person, company, organization can sponsor the team. We allow sponsorship logos and names in our uniforms, training gear, website, flyers and social media if desired.
  • Donations (DON) – donations is a simple method. People, companies, organizations can donate a specific amount each month or one time to help the Culture FC+ Team maintain and grow as an organization. Donations will write offs once we get our nonprofit status.
  • Volunteer (VOL) – anyone can volunteer with our program by donating their time and expertise to help us maintain a productive environment and positive experience. Volunteer options: transportation, meals, accounting, administration, laundry, equipment maintenance, trainer and physical therapy, fanbase, , event planning, fundraiser, sound and video, social media, photography, and many more.
    • Community (CM) – community is very important to our program because it is the reason we created Culture FC Sports. We would like kids to make football as part of their lifestyle, social environment, personal growth, and cultural development. Our goal is to provide a positive connection between our program and the community around it. We realized that here in the United States, football is mostly an activity or a sport kids are part of in order to fill their time. Culture FC + and all of our programs aim to go beyond this mentality and provide a full experience to all kids involved with our organization.
      • What is a Full Experience? It is a way to allow kids to not only develop their football ability but also to grow as a person by learning to socialize, help and work with others, build a culture, create a healthy lifestyle, set good examples, respect, be a positive influence, recognize situations, improve common sense, be independent, value the work of others, and many other factors that build a supportive community where people can share and learn from each other. This is only possible if we have support from anyone who believes in our philosophy.
  • Fundraiser (FUN) – this method is an effective way to introduce our program to new members and develop community events and activities that support our program and also provide entertainment, social connection, and creative projects for members to work on.

GEAR AND EQUIPMENT

  • Uniforms – game uniforms will be provided by Culture FC + before games and players will return uniforms after each game. Players will not keep Culture FC + Team uniforms. (CPS – SPON)
  • Training Gear – training equipment will be provided to all selected players. We will be changing training gear every Peneira (tryout) time. Training gear includes – shorts and training t-shirts. (CPS – SPON)
  • Equipment – Balls, cones, coaching equipment will be provided by Culture FC and we will replacing equipment as needed to maintain the quality of training. (CPS – SPON)

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

  • Training Commitment – The player has to attend to at least 18 training sessions. Missing training without notice or misbehaving will automatically eliminate the player from the program until the next Peneira (tryout). Being late for more than 5 minutes will be considered an absence. Absence due to health issues will be discussed between the coaches and parents. The idea is to keep all 10 players together for the whole process (10 weeks), but substitutions / replacements might happen according to players performance, behavior  and commitment. After 10 weeks, a new selection Peneira (tryouts) will take place..
  • Discipline – this involves the connection between player and community where we expect and help players understand the value of good behavior, respect, commitment, passion, listening, self-awareness, structure and organization.

SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT

In order for Culture FC to provide a full football experience, we would like the + Teams to be part of a true team social environment where players spend time together not only during training, but before and after team activities including meals, game preparations, transportation to and from games, etc.

  • Group Transportation (CPS – VOL) – we would like to have 1 – 2 cars available to take players to and from games. There will be a designated location we will depart and return where parents can drop off and pick up their kids after the events. We will need people to help by donating their time and transportation vehicle to drive the kids (PS).
    • Options for transportation:
      • Parents with SUV (7-8 seats) can volunteer their time and car to help take kids to team events.
      • Culture FC will use team funds to cover transportation (mini-bus/van/etc)
  • Group Meals (CPS – DON/VOL) – we would like to provide food (sandwiches, water and snacks) to the players and coaches after each game or activity.
