Despite being the youngest team in the U18 bracket—with just 5 players from the 2007 class, alongside 2008s, 2009s, and even a 2010 player—they overcame a tough start and came together to finish in 1st place in their bracket!

Amazing few days for our Culture FC ballers.
Today one of our own Ethan Kos was announced by Birmingham Legion FC.

Ethan is the perfect example of perseverance, determination, work ethic and strong mentality. He went by himself to Ireland where he graduated from University College of Dublin and made his professional debut for Kerry FC. Fantastic role model for our young ballers.

After all, Ethan didn’t go through the “pro pathway”, the specific leagues or labels most clubs (or businesses) try to sell everywhere.
What is needed to play at the highest level? At Culture, the answer is simple and direct: You must be good!
Our job is to give all the possible tools for our players and the opportunity for each one of them to achieve their full potential.

We are beyond excited about Ethan coming back home and even more for having the opportunity to watch him in person.

It had to be you, right kid? You are a pure representation of football itself. No, I am not talking about Alham’s quality as a player, his looks, the flicks, the goals… football goes way beyond that. It goes somewhere very few will be able to comprehend in the United States.

It’s a magical place in your soul. This place allows you to be whoever you want to be. At this place, dreams have no rules, size or limitations. The unthinkable? There’s no such thing, not at this place. Only this place would allow a 17 years old boy to fly away from his family, all the way to the other side of the world to represent his country.

🇬🇷 Greece 2024 Football Tour 🇺🇸

We could not be prouder of how our boys represented our program, their country and themselves on and off the field.

The goal was to provide an opportunity against some of the best youth academies in Europe and a “professional” football experience to our boys. For that, we chose the most prestigious youth tournament in Greece - @eliteneoncup

Our boys performances were beyond amazing and we had impressive 5 wins in 6 matches. More than that, boys fully dominated our opponents for most part and played fantastic football. No guest players, no recruitment… just players fully developed under our curriculum of methodology.

This experience was a confirmation that we are one of the best development programs in the nation and that things can be done right. Quality over quantity, respect for their development moments and consistency in the processes. Everything is possible.

Where will be our next challenge? 🇩🇰, 🇪🇸, 🇧🇷, 🇮🇹 or 🇳🇱?

We just can’t wait!
