How to play?

2. Fill out the bracket with scores.
3. Make sure to fill out the contact info (name, email, phone, etc).
4. Upload the form online or email to info@culturefc.com.
Cost: $20 per participant (Money prize for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
Bonus prize for correct scores (1 point per correct game score).
