Beginner:

Run 4 laps with the ball (sprinting when going around the corners)

5 minute passing the ball against the wall and trap it

Advanced:

Run 4 laps with the ball (faster pace and sprinting for 20 yards when going around the corners)

10 minute passing the ball against the wall and trap it

Keep checking everyday for more.
